When I start to make a meal, I find it so time consuming to cut garlic, ginger and green chilies. Some dishes require it to be pureed, which takes even longer!
So every couple of months I buy a big batch of all 3. I peel, cut, and puree them and put them in very small Ziploc containers. I pop them in my freezer and take out one container at a time as needed. Honestly, it saves me sooo much time! If you don’t have a lot of freezer space, you can totally put them in ziploc bags.
